Perched high above Toronto, Canoe draws from Canada’s landscapes and natural materials to create a space rooted in identity and place.

Woodrow collaborated on custom furnishings and architectural elements using Canadian granite, raw stone, woven felt, and textured metals. Highlights include a hand-fabricated ceiling installation inspired by traditional snowshoes, and bar details mimicking beaver-gnawed wood all crafted to reflect the country’s rugged beauty and craft traditions.
Through refined millwork, custom metalwork, and storytelling materials, we helped bring a uniquely Canadian dining experience to life.
